My software requires a minimum stack size of 50000 or more to run. How do I alter it?

Unlike Unix, the AmigaOS does not include a dynamic stack size and so must be altered through user input. Open an Amiga CLI/Shell and type 'stack 50000'. That should do it. If you want it to automatically alter the stack size when you boot simply place it in your Shell-Startup or Startup-Sequence.

If you run it from the WB: click once on the icon and choose "Information" from the menus. There will be a gadget labelled "Stack" in the window that opens. Change and save.
