Maidenhead, 22nd December 1994
The Management Buy-Out team of Commodore (UK) Limited announced
that following a meeting of Commodore International (CIL) US
Creditors in New York on Tuesday, 20th December, the liquidators of
CIL have accepted the UK team's offer to acquire the assets of CIL
and has requested that they move with all possible speed to
completion.
Whilst there remain many obstacles in the road to success, the
team are delighted to move one large step closer to their goal of
re-establishing the Amiga in its rightful place as a leading
product in the multimedia/home computer markets.
