Is there a way to convert and use Amiga Icons in Windows?

Windows does not have a complete icon set in the style that the Amiga has and almost all have a standard "look" that distinguishes them. For all those that want to customise their PC with the Amigas look it is not easy. The only way is to capture the icons using a screen grabber, save them individually as BMP picture files and name them with .ico extension (the standard Windows Icon format). The icons can be edited using Windows programs such as Microangelo.
